Return Policy

30 days from delivery to return your order. The product needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

We cover return shipping. Email aj@oneclubninja.com with your order number to start a return. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.

If you bought a kit (Putter Attachment + Waist Bag, etc.), all components need to come back together. We can't accept partial returns on kits.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method. See the Refund Policy for timing.

If your order arrived damaged, photograph it and email us within 48 hours.
