Refund policy

Return your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Please return it in its original packaging.

To start a return, email aj@oneclubninja.com with your order number. U.S. returns are free, and we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the return arrives, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Most banks post the credit 3 to 10 business days after that.

Canceled before shipping, lost in transit, or damaged on arrival: full refund or a replacement, your choice. If it arrived damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours.

International orders: the duties and taxes you paid at checkout are refunded with the order.
