Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are free. Email aj@oneclubninja.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Once the return arrives and checks out, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Most banks post the credit 3 to 10 business days after that.

Canceled before shipping, lost in transit, or damaged on arrival: full refund or a replacement, your choice. If it arrived damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours.

International orders: the duties and taxes you paid at checkout are refunded with the order.
