Refund policy

Once we receive a return and confirm it's in good condition, we issue the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 3 to 10 business days after that.

For orders canceled before shipping, packages lost in transit, or items damaged on arrival: we'll refund the full order or send a replacement, your choice.

Customs duties paid to your country are handled by that country's customs authority and aren't refundable through us.
