Terms of service
These terms cover oneclubninja.com, shop.oneclubninja.com, and anything you buy from One Club Ninja LLC. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site or order from us.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to order.
Products
Each unit is hand-cast in Colorado, so small visual variations between units are normal. That's the nature of the product, not a defect. Product photos are representative.
Our products are patent pending.
The attachment is designed for casual play. If you're playing in a competition or posting scores for a handicap, check the rules of your event or association first. Equipment attachments generally aren't tournament legal.
Safety
Use common sense. The attachment contains strong magnets: keep it away from small children, pacemakers and other implanted medical devices, and anything else magnets can damage. Make sure the attachment is seated securely on the club face before you swing, and keep people clear when you do. It's a golf club. Use it like one.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any taxes calculated there. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number. We can change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.
Orders and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We can cancel or refuse an order before it ships if the price or description was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if the item is out of stock. If that happens, we'll email you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
You can cancel too: if your order hasn't shipped yet, email aj@oneclubninja.com and we'll cancel and refund it.
Shipping, returns, refunds, warranty
Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty pages are part of these terms. Short version: free U.S. shipping, 30-day returns on unused products in original packaging with a prepaid label from us, and a 1-year warranty on the Putter Attachment's manufacturing quality.
International orders: you're responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any fees your country charges. Details are in the Shipping Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It's part of these terms.
Our stuff
Our name, logo, photos, copy, product designs, and site content belong to One Club Ninja LLC. Don't use them without written permission.
As-is
The site and products are provided as-is. Beyond what's in the Warranty, we don't make other promises about them. We're not responsible for indirect damages, and our responsibility for any claim is capped at what you paid for the product. Some laws don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights the law says you have.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Colorado law. If we have a problem, email aj@oneclubninja.com first. Most things get sorted out with one human conversation, and we'd rather fix it than fight about it. If we really can't work it out, disputes go to the courts in Colorado, including small claims court.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
The fine print
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, plus the policies they incorporate, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and your orders.
